Quill: OP1 8k Weight Reduction Kit - Printable 3MF/STL files

The Quill is a set of FDM printable replacement parts for the Endgame Gear OP1 8k (Both V1 & V2).

Individual Part Weights:
Base: ~3.6g
Scroll Wheel: ~0.8g
Side Buttons: ~0.8g

Replacing the stock base, scroll wheel, and side buttons of the OP1 8k with these parts achieves weights of:
41.2 grams - Without cable, With stock skates
38.5 grams - Without cable or skates

(All weight figures vary by material / printing methods)

3MF specified layer heights / line widths per-piece are recommended:
Base: ~0.42mm line width, 0.2mm layer height
Scroll wheel: ~0.32mm line width, 0.1mm layer height
Side buttons: ~0.32mm line width, 0.2-0.08mm variable layer height

The axle of the scroll wheel may take some experimenting: Included are variations with 0.05mm wider, or thinner axles for usage in case the standard wheel model does not fit into the encoder.
